According to Government Decree No. 450/2023 (X. 4.), which came into effect on 2 January 2024, a mandatory redemption fee of HUF 50 per item is payable for non-reusable products. The decree applies to consumer packaging for beverages made of metal, plastic, and glass with a capacity ranging from 0.1 to 3 liters. Local tax: 750 HUF (cca. 2,2 EUR)/person/night (for all guests over 18 years), not included in the room rates, payable on the spot.
Parking options: Our hotel has a limited number of parking spaces (90 cars), which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Fee: €7.30/car/night. If the car park is full, additional parking is available in the municipal car park opposite the hotel, which can be paid for at the car park reception.
Check-in and check-out: rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure. We can provide a package room for earlier arrivals or later departures, but late check-out is also possible on request, subject to availability and for a fee.

Rules and regulations of payment and cancellation
The advance payment obligation is 30% of the total amount when booking within 5 calendar days after the booking.
The balance is payable on arrival at reception in cash, by SZÉP or credit card.

If you wish to pay the requested advance in euro, please contact our sales department at sales@flora.hunguesthotels.hu.
In the remittance note, please indicate the name and billing address (address) of the person who made the reservation.
Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your booking.
If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company's tax number, the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued in the same name and address (we cannot issue invoices in company name for SZÉP card payments).
The advance invoice will be sent electronically to the e-mail address provided without any special request, or, in the absence of an e-mail, will be handed over to the guests on arrival at the latest.
The remaining amount will have to be paid on arrival.In case of advance payment, please indicate the name and address of the guest.
In case of payment by SZÉP card, please make the transfer on the following page (only the card in the name of the guest staying at the hotel can be used for payment):
OTP: Please indicate Hunguest Hotel Flora in the service provider (www.otpszepkartya.hu) and send us the electronic receipt with a postal address after the payment.
MBH: Please have your SZÉP card ready and send us by e-mail your card identification number, the name of the cardholder and your billing address. We will then request the ID from the bank and the cardholder will use this to authorise the transaction via the online interface.
K&H: Please make the transaction via the K&H beautiful card interface, using the following acceptance point ID: 84009848.
For online payments, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions for the selected discount/payment method or promotional code apply.
If the order Order with 100% online payment - cannot be cancelled, or Order with 50% online payment - cannot be cancelled
then any change or cancellation of the booked accommodation will be subject to a penalty.
The penalty will be 50% or 100% of the amount of the deposit paid, depending on the offer chosen, from the moment of booking.
You can cancel your booking without penalty until 21 days before the arrival date. If cancelled within 21 days, the full amount of the deposit paid to guarantee the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
