The Hunguest Hotel Pelion is located in Tapolca, one of the most beautiful towns in the Balaton Uplands. Our hotel is the ideal choice for organizing large-scale events: we offer event spaces with a capacity of 800 people, a highly experienced staff, culinary delights in our restaurant, and a park perfect for team-building activities!

Conference Rooms

Hunguest Hotel Pelion’s eight air-conditioned rooms provide an excellent venue for any event. Our Forum room can accommodate up to 500 people in a 600^m² open, column-free space, while our breakout rooms can seat 40–150 people. Thanks to the ability to connect the rooms, they are ideal venues for both small and large events, team-building activities, or conferences. Together with the FORUM conference hall, the Hunguest Hotel Pelion’s conference capacity has reached 1,000 people, making it the largest and best-equipped event and conference center in Central Transdanubia.

1. Basic conference coffee break

2. “Café Légére” Coffee Break

3. Wellness Refreshment Break

Coffee, decaf coffee, cocoa, Spanish almond milk, green tea, fruit infusions, oolong tea, Lipton green tea in jasmine, mint, and lemon flavors, decaf tea, brown sugar, milk, lactose-free milk, plant-based cream, heavy cream, vegetable-based spreads on extruded bread (celery, eggplant, zucchini), English tea sandwiches, low-fat and low-carb fried doughnuts

Main Meals

We welcome our conference guests with buffet-style main meals in our restaurant. Our selection includes Hungarian and international dishes, as well as gala dinners, barbecue parties, cocktail receptions, and more.
